This is a very beautiful piece masha’Allah. May Allah give all of us His foregiveness and accept us in Paradise.

As for Brother Ibrahim, I hope I can provide some assistance. Think about your first question this way. If He had willed to burn them, He would have. However, He had not willed to burn them, so He will not. So it may be complicated, but it does make sense to say “Had He not willed not to burn them, would have burned them.” As for your second question, it states that there will not remain a person except that Allah questions them. This does not mean there will be no one there. This only means that there will be no one that Allah doesn’t question. Which technically means Allah will question everyone.
