In the meanwhile, here is a poem from “The Ring of the Dove” – By Sh. Abū Muḥammad ʿAlī ibn Aḥmad ibn Saʿīd ibn Ḥazm
“True love is not a flower
That springeth in an hour;
Its flint will not strike fire
At casual desire.
Love is an infant rare
Begotten, slow to bear;
Its lime must mingle long
Before its base is strong.
And then not soon will it
Be undermined, and split;
Firm will its structure stand,
Its fabric still expand.
This truth is readily
Confirmed, because we see
That things too quickly grown
Are swiftly overthrown.
Mine is a stubborn soil
To plough with arduous toil,
To tiller and to seed.
But once the roots begin
To strike and thrive therein,
Come bounteous rain, come drought,
The lusty stem will sprout. “
“You may be happy enough going along,
but with others you’ll get farther, and faster.
Every prophet sought out companions.
A wall standing alone is useless,
but put three or four walls together,
and they’ll support a roof and keep
the grain dry and safe.
When ink joins with a pen, then the blank paper
can say something. Rushes and reeds must be woven
to be useful as a mat. If they weren’t interlaced,
the wind would blow them away.
Like that, God paired up
creatures, and gave them friendship.”

SubhanAllah, the Rose (heart) , seems to have thawed. Previous state was frozen
Please do leave your reflections below.
Moon of Muharram (Above the ‘only’ sign)
The Prophet Muhammad was asked: “Which prayer is the best after the obligatory (five daily) prayers?”
He said: “Prayer during the middle of the night.”
The Prophet was then asked: “Which fast is the best after the fast of Ramadan?”
He replied: “The (voluntary fasts during the) month of God that you call Muharram.”

This day is related to the time of Moses when he crossed the Red Sea escaping from the Pharaoh. It is reccommended to fast the 10th of Muharram (Ashura): Source
As salaamu alekum warahmatullah
Just thought I’d share this photo along with some poetry I found on this forum (recommended forum) :
Love has spit in my face.
It told me it will bring me happiness, and joy, and ease in life.
It lied to me.
Love threw me down and smothered my face in dirt.
It showed me how much of a liar I am to myself and others
The only true love which will never do this to me is the Love for Allah.
Astagfirullah (I seek refuge in God) for loving someone without loving Allah first.
Astagfirullah (I seek refuge in God).

SubhanAllah. Let’s see how this creature of Allah teaches us to have haya’. Let’s see how beautiful haya’ is when practiced truthfully.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, “Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya (This term “Haya” covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of faith.” (Sahih Bukhari [2:8])
The highest level is to have haya’ of Allah, being aware not to disobey Him in any situation, even within our hearts.
The next level would be to have haya’ with others, not to offend others. Translated somtimes as “shyness” or “bashfulness”. As I’ve been taught, those words dont cover the meaning of Haya’.
Please share your thoughts, reflections, and what you’ve learned in the comments section insha Allah.
May Allah increase us all in haya’ . Ameen ya Rabb.
